Refund policy

14 Day Return Period

Our return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or used
  • With all original tags
  • In the original packaging
  • Along with the receipt or proof of purchase

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will help us assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Replacements
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to place a new order after requesting the return of the original item. Once the return is accepted, you will be able to purchase the replacement item separately.

14 Day Return Period for worldwide
If the goods were shipped outside italy, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must comply with the same conditions as above:

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
