Refund Policy
14 Day Return Period
Our return policy states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Not worn or used
- With all original tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This way, we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Substitutions
The fastest way to receive the desired product is to place a new order after requesting a return of the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the replacement item separately.
14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union
If the goods were shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide justification.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
